SYMPTOM

Arcserve users may experience the Abend:  CloseScreen called with a screen
that is still being used when either ASTOP or UNLOAD ARCSERVE is entered at
the server console.  

SOLUTION

The NetWare v4.02 Errata states that the problem is solved in one of two ways:

    1.  Unload Arcserve by choosing "Unload and Exit" from the Arcserve
Scheduler Screen.  Then type ASTOP.
        
        or

    2.  Download LIBUP4.EXE from NetWire NOVLIB 14.

At the present time solution # 1 must be used as a work around to this
problem.  Please contact Novell Technical Support (1-800-NETWARE) for more
information about the availability of LIBUP4.EXE.
